Designed and developed a web application for workflow management.  Coordinated input from Marketing, QA and Customer Support to create web applications using HTML, CSS, Javascript and C++ programming.

Software Engineer, Saratoga Systems
October 1996 - June 1999
Created Sales Force Automation Software from high level specifications.  Designed, Built and maintained the search tool portion of application using Visual C++.  Interacted with customers at user conferences and on tech support calls. Recommended and implemented functionality enhancements to search tool.  Provided interfaces for Palm Pilot, Networking and Mass mailing products.

Software Engineer, Avid Technology
March 1993 - June 1996
Developed a specialized editor for a television news broadcasting application using Visual C++.  Wrote file transfer software to convert files from RTF  and text formats.  Worked with Customer Support, Quality Assurance and Training professionals to ensure usability and software quality.
